Payment

Payments can be made online using debit or credit card. The payment will be taken using a secure payment gateway, so your card details will be safe. No money will be taken from your account until your order is dispatched. Delivery

Standard UK Mainland FREE - Delivery in 3-4 working days,

Providing items are in stock, orders will be despatched 1-2 working days from time of ordering. On some orders a signature may be required on delivery. If delivery is not possible then the customer is liable for the cost of delivery and return of the order.

Pricing

Please note that prices shown are for online purchases only, and are not neccesarily valid in store. Please contact your local store if you wish to check on the "in store" price of any item.

Returns policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with any product that you buy from us, you may return it to us for a full refund. However we can only refund the value of the product, and not the cost of delivery or return. If a high value item is to be returned, it is recommended that you return it to us via recorded delivery, as we cannot refund any item that we do not receive.

Privacy

Payment details will not be kept by ourselves, payments will be processed through Secure Trading, a secure online payment gateway. Any personal details that we keep will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with other parties without the customers prior consent.

Acceptance of order

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, it is possible that errors may occur in either the pricing of products, or their description. If a product has been priced or described incorrectly we reserve the right to refuse sale of the item. All orders are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to refuse sale when payment details or Customer details can not be verified. Any orders that contain items covered by our 'restricted items policy,' where the customer does not meet the neccessary requirements may be subject to cancellation.

In the event of an order being cancelled or a sale being refused as a result of any of the above clauses we will make every effort to notify you of the cancellation/refusal.

Restricted items (Over 18's only)

Certain items, including knives and pocket tools can only be sold to customers over the age of 18. It is against the law for us to sell these items to anyone under 18. By acknowledging these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that you will not attempt to purchase these products unless you are over the age of 18. Although we do our best to ensure that these items are not sold to minors, we cannot control what happens to these items after we have sold them. If you allow minors to use your account, please make sure that they do not attempt to purchase these restricted items.
